Our April meeting will feature Charmaine Solomon, LPC, RPT who is one  of the original founders and currently serves as the chair of the Board of Directors of My Possibilities.  My Possibilities came about because Mrs. Solomon and a group of concerned parents were looking for options for children who age out of the public school system.  I am sure you will find this to be a highly informative program and will amaze you as to the scope of opportunities available for these adults with disabilities.  It is a program that attracts people from all over the United States to consider its use  in their own communities.
